Pumpkin Soup

It has just been pointed out to me that the recipe I posted today doesn't tell you what to do with the rice, shallots, garlic and herbs. I checked the recipe source and it doesn't tell me either. However, re-reading the recipe I would assume you would add those ingredients to the pumpkin and the liquid inside it when you are about to put it into the oven.
