I replaced it but I'm wary of using it on anything else! <br /><br />I've seen a similar recipe for mug cakes/cupcakes, that just call for a box of angel food mix & whatever cake mix you like, to be combined in a large baggie. Then you take out however much (can't remember...cup? half cup?), put it in a mug with a few tablespoons of water, mix and nuke.
