Come to think of it, I can&...Thanks for the recipe. Come to think of it, I can't remember ever having seen pigs' tail in a Paris shop. Pigs' trotters yes. Once, a few years back, I thought that I would cook pigs' trotters. After about six hours of boiling them I threw them away;they were still as tough as stones. This happened to me with quail eggs too once. I boiled them and boiled them but they stayed soft. These days I buy cooked quail eggs because they look very nice in a salad with cherry tomatoes.
