How many other establishments are 'out'?<br /><br />That's all they would say but it looks like these companies are scrambling here. I am in the restaruant business, and have several friends that are butchers as well. I have several packages of ground beef in my freezer and not sure I can bring myself to eat it now. I found your blog after googling Pink Slime today and wanted to say you might want to email the Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada as well as Health Canada, as they have a direct relation to this topic I think.
