Now, I understand why my dad laughed at me when I asked why the north needed to defend a creek. (The shot tower is located in the hills of northern Virginia, off in the woods near a small stream...not exactly a strategic spot) <br /><br />I haven't tried to set a time on my instant pot yet. I've just been using the presets. I made a roast the other night and everything was good but the potatoes turned to mush. I cooked a chicken in it last night. I have plenty left over, I might try your recipe over some rice.
