They should actually be 'gourmand' shops ...<BR/><BR/>Anyway, here in Paris we have shops like Fauchon -- first thought you have to rob a bank and then only can you go and shop there.<BR/><BR/>There is also the Bon Marche (need an accent on the e) store on the Left Bank. Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis have an apartment (they rent it) nearby so when they are in Paris, this is their 'corner shop'. But what a 'corner shop'; for this one you have to rob the Bank of France. Sugar comes in different colors; butter is 'appellation controle' (another accent needed on the e here) etc. And they have delicacies from all over the world too; the Milanese bocconcini is to murder for ...<BR/><BR/>And now I'm hungry.Marilyn Z.
