  10. Painful and limiting what I can do severely, Jo. I have everything crossed that it will heal because if it doesn't surgery will be involved. As a result I'm trying very hard to be good about keeping any weight off it.

    1. What exactly did you break Helen? Matt is allowed to remove his boot at night and doesn't have to worry about putting weight on the boot during the day. Finally got one of those shower stools you can sit on outside the bath and swing into the shower.
